I can fight sleep in any situation. Even surgery, fighting anesthesia until they give me a massive dose! This little capsule is subtle, gentle, softly relaxing my mind, and I think, "I'll just rest my eyes for a minute," and then it's morning. I'm completely unaware I'm drifting into sleep so I don't fight it. Try it...you'll be glad!
